...and squeeing with David Tennant!love (and he is wonderful) and wringing their hands about all the possible twists and whatnot, all I can think is "Gawd I wish they could coax Chris Eccleston back into some sort of an appearance! Everybody ELSE keeps coming back to do various episodes, and they could certainly wrangle a way to feature him, so...what about it Chris?! Throw us Pervy Nine Fanciers a bone!"

Been working on a costume from the twelfth season lately and well, it's coming along so swimmingly that I thought you might like to see some photos.

Haven't acquired the pants yet or the cravate and the hat is in progress.

As you can see, the scarf isn't done yet either, I just wanted to show you how it looked so far.

I don't even know why I'm feeling emo today. It might be because I'm tired from work [although we closed two hours earlier than usual, thank goodness] or the fact that I didn't see the fireworks. It's not like I love this holiday or love fireworks. But I think I've been wishing to see them so bad this year for no reason [maybe part of it is because of the possibilities it can hold]. Ah. je ne se pas.

I miss school. I really do because its a time where I see all my friends and the closest ones live far away from me. Train rides and all. Right now Sammy and I are trying to plan to go to the movies, but most people can't. Argh. Bloody distance.  

I really wanted to see the fireworks. And see them with special people [more like a special someone].

This is tragedy//.

I cannot explain this sudden urge to want to find SSBB opponents that are fellow House-fans, but so be it.
I've wanted to find more friends in the House fandom to talk to for a long time now; I have no idea why it took me so long to start a meme though. Then I wondered how many fellow House fans enjoyed the ability to battle through the power of nintendo's wifi.
So, if you love House or own Super Smash Brothers Brawl I want to be your friend!

Okay, so here's the second chapter. I'm slowly working on the third now. I have a vague idea of what I want to do next...it's just a little hard to weave it into a story >.>

1. Happy Independence Day to everyone in the United States (and all citizens abroad). It's the 232nd anniversary of our Declaration of Independence and, freakily enough, also the anniversary of the deaths of our 2nd and 3rd U.S. Presidents, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson was the primary author of the Declaration and Adams was also one of the signers. And the two of them died hours apart on the 50th anniversary of the Declaration...which I still think is really spooky. Thanks to bingblot for reminding me about this :)

2. We had a pretty lazy day today. We had planned to attend some fireworks at a park in a nearby suburb. It's one of the larger 4th of July fireworks in this area, and we went way too late (after 7 p.m.) and simply could not find any parking within reasonable walking distance. That's an issue for us because of Mr. Annearchy's bum leg (I told him tonight it might be time for him to get a "handicapped" permit tag to hang from the rear view mirror when we need to park close; he almost agreed with me). At any rate, we gave up trying to attend those fireworks and decided to go to a little "town square" in the neighborhood where ladybluestar's parents used to live. It's set on a hill just east of town and gave us a really nice view of about 5 different fireworks displays in the area. The fireworks didn't start until almost 9:30 so we spent about an hour playing Apples to Apples. The fireworks were very nice, even from several miles away, and we got home shortly before 10 p.m. Apparently some other people had the same idea (or problem) as we did, because there were a few dozen people watching from this location. Only problem was the damn mosquitoes; I think I had to spray myself about 3 times. Ugh.

3. Hope everyone had a good day. It was nice to have 4th of July on a Friday for a change. I love long weekends :D If you're watching TV tonight, one of Letterman's guests is Terry Fator, a really excellent ventriloquist who won America's Got Talent last year.

Tomorrow is going to be awesome! However, after whatever happens happens, where the heck else can they go??! What the heck is gonna be next season's big bad?

Okay... apart from my fanboy desire for the kandy man and the yetis to make a return (not gonna happen) pretty much the only thing they could do that would be bigger than everything before it would be to unlock the time-war and bring the lords back. I was always a fan of them, because the doctor looked like a bit of a rebel by comparison! Other than that, i don't know.

THe sadistic part of me wants them to bring the old format back (four-six part mini stories). Other than that, I'd definateley like either a new IP or the slitheen to have a go at being the big bad. I don't think they can get away with doing daleks/cybermen/master again.

Might just be me though!

I was wondering whether to post this at all, seeing how late I am watching the episode, but then I figured, what the hell. I held off watching it until today because I knew I would be hopping to see the finale once I'd watched it. :)

WARNING: Coherency rating low. It's less than an hour since I finished watching the Stolen Earth. I think that's reason enough to be a little all over the place.
